Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 13, 2026

1. General Policy

Due to the live nature of our workshops and limited Zoom seats, registration fees are generally Non-Refundable.

2. Cannot Attend? (Free Transfer)

If you cannot attend, email us or WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before the session starts. We will transfer your ticket to the next available batch for free. Note: No-shows without prior notice forfeit their fee.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our quality. If you attend Day 1 live and feel you did not receive value, you can claim a full refund on the same day (before Day 2 begins).

4. Cancellations by Us

If Tanden Spine Tech LLP cancels a session due to technical issues, you will receive a full refund or a guaranteed seat in the next batch.
